  • What You Need to Know Prior to delivery, your furniture is carefully inspected and prepared to then be set up in your home by our trained, professional delivery staff. All merchandise must be paid in full 3 days prior to delivery. We will contact you when your furniture arrives at our warehouse to set up a date of delivery and confirm delivery address and contact information. We do not deliver on... The day before delivery, we will call to confirm a two-hour delivery window. To reschedule your delivery or make changes to your order, contact customer service 24 hours prior to scheduled delivery or a restocking fee will apply.
  • What to Expect on Day of Delivery You room must be cleared in preparation for your delivery. Our team cannot remove or move existing furniture. We will send you a text a half hour before we arrive to your home. If there are any unexpected delays such as traffic or natural disasters we will do our best to keep you informed. A responsible person age 18+ must be present to accept delivery.

  • In-Store Pick Up All merchandise can be made available for pickup on our Northfield, NJ location. Choose "In-Store Pick Up" for your delivery option in your online shopping cart if you'd like to skip the delivery fees & pick up in store! You’ll will be notified by phone and/or email when merchandise is available for pickup. Some merchandise may require limited assembly. A normal set up fee will be charged.
