Return Policy Any Ordered Merchandise
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for ordered merchandise.
Any ordered merchandise is not subject to return.
Prior to delivery, any cancellation will result in a 30% restocking fee if cancelled more than three days after written date of order.
Customer must accept delivery of all ordered merchandise within 7 days of arrival at Kensington’s warehouse.
Payment in full is required within 7 days of receipt of ordered merchandise at Kensington’s warehouse.
Merchandise Not Marked as In Stock
The merchandise you have ordered is promised to delivery to you on or before the date provided by a sales associate once your order has been placed. If the merchandise ordered by you is not delivered by the promised date, Kensington Furniture must offer you the choice of (1) canceling your order with a prompt, full refund of any payments you have made, or (2) accepting delivery at a specific later date.
Floor Samples, Accessories and AS IS Merchandise
All floor samples are sold AS IS and will be
- Scheduled for the next available delivery day or picked up within 2 days
- OR the order may be cancelled and the merchandise returned to the selling floor. All deposits will be issued as a store credit only.
Accessories are not stocked and are sold off the floor. They are sold AS IS.
All items marked AS IS are NOT RETURNABLE and are NOT eligible for any form of refund.
AS IS items are NOT eligible for service or repair after delivery & acceptance of merchandise by the customer.
AS IS items must be delivered or picked up within 5 days of purchase, or the order may be cancelled and the merchandise returned to the selling floor. All deposits will be issued as a store credit only.
AS IS items cannot be placed on hold.
Exchanges, Returns & Refunds
Stock merchandise may not be returned if used or damaged.
Delivery charges and extended warranty products are not refundable.
Exchange or return of stock merchandise, due to manufacturer’s defect, must be authorized by the manufacturer. To comply with manufacturer guidelines, merchandise must be inspected by an in-home technician to ensure that the items returned are in their original condition. These items are also subject to the individual manufacturer’s warranty.
If you have an authorized exchange, delivery must be taken within 7 days upon receipt at Kensington’s warehouse.
All refund checks will be issued within 14 days. Refunds on bank cards will be credited to the bank card used as payment.
60 Day Mattress Comfort Guarantee
To qualify for the 60 Day Comfort Guarantee, customer must have taken Kensington’s 2-minute DreamCatcher Sleep Evaluation.
Customer must sleep on the bed for thirty (30) days.
Store credit only. No refunds. One Comfort Guarantee per household.
