Bedding Price Guarantee

At Kensington, our buyers are constantly searching to find exciting products that represent the best values in bedding. We also shop all of our competitors regularly to ensure that products we display are offered at the absolute lowest price in our market area.

If, despite our best efforts you should find the exact same bedding at another retailer in our market area, under the same terms and conditions for less within 30 days after taking delivery, then we will CREDIT YOU 200% OF THE DIFFERENCE upon verification.



Any ordered merchandise

  • A 40% non-refundable deposit is required.
  • Any ordered merchandise is not subject to return. Prior to delivery, any cancellation will result in a 30% restocking fee if cancelled more than three days after written date.
  • All ordered merchandise must be scheduled, by the customer, for delivery within 7 days of arrival at our warehouse.
  • Payment in full is required within 7 days of receipt of your ordered merchandise to our warehouse.


Floor samples & accessories

  • Accessories are not stocked and are sold off the floor. They are sold "as is" and all sales are final.
  • This merchandise is not subject to service or return.
  • Small accessories cannot be delivered and must be picked up within 7 days of purchase.
  • All floor samples will be scheduled the next available delivery  day or picked up within 2 days or the order may be cancelled and the merchandise returned to the selling floor and all deposits will be issued as a store credit only


Delivery & Pickup information

We strongly recommend our delivery service. Prior to delivery, furniture is carefully inspected and prepared. It is then delivered and set up in your home by our trained, professional delivery staff.

All merchandise must be paid for in full 3 days prior to delivery. Every effort will be made to schedule your delivery on the day that best suits your needs.

Room must be cleared in preparation for your delivery. Our drivers cannot remove or move existing furniture.

All merchandise can be made available for pickup in our Northfield location. Some merchandise requires limited assembly. A normal set up fee will be charged.

Customers will be notified when merchandise is available for pickup.

Service Policy

  • Prior to your delivery every item is unpacked, inspected and prepared for delivery by our in-house technicians. Outlet and floor sample markdown merchandise is excluded.
  • Unless otherwise noted, in-home services is provided against manufacturer's defects for a period of one year from the original date of delivery.

Exchanges, Returns & Refunds

  • Exchanges or return of stock merchandise due to manufacturing defect must be authorized by the factory. To comply with factory guidelines, merchandise must be inspected by an in-house technician to insure that the items returned are in their original condition.
  • Delivery charges and warranty products are not refundable.
  • No cash refunds.
  • Our corporate office issues all refunds within 14 days. Refunds on bankcards will be credited to the bankcard used as payment.
