• We strongly recommend our delivery service. Prior to delivery, furniture is carefully inspected and prepared. It is then delivered and set up in your home by our trained, professional delivery staff. • All merchandise must be paid for in full 3 days prior to delivery.
WHAT TO EXPECT ON DAY OF DELIVERY
• We will give you a two hour time window, and text you half hour before we arrive. • Room must be cleared in preparation for your delivery. Our drivers cannot remove or move existing furniture.
IN-STORE PICK UP
• All merchandise can be made available for pickup on our Northfield location. • Choose "In-Store Pick Up" for your delivery option in your online shopping cart if you'd like to skip the delivery fees and pick up in store! • Customers will be notified by phone and/or email when merchandise is available for pickup. • Some merchandise may require limited assembly. A normal set up fee will be charged.
