When I was younger and would go furniture shopping with my parents, my mom always made a plan for us before we even went into the store. She coached my dad and I on how to run off in separate directions when we first walked in so that the salespeople wouldn’t know who to follow and would hopefully not even bother. We also only went shopping during the Christmas season since my mom seemed to believe that was only when the best deals were.

But after working for Kensington for only a short while, I finally learned the truth about furniture stores (or about Kensington at the very least).
