8 Tell-Tale Signs You're Either a Morning Lark or Night Owl

Some people are better at waking up early in the morning. Others will do anything to avoid waking up before 11am. Morning larks enjoy their days while night owls enjoy their nights, and both have incredibly different genetically-conditioned sleeping patterns. So which are you?

If You’re a Morning Lark…

1. You wake up every morning fairly easily and are super excited and ready to take on the day!

2. You’re an awesome worker because you’re so energized throughout the day.

3. By the time the work day is over, you’re feeling a little sleepy, but you’ll survive.

4. Everyone tries to make plans with you to go out at night and you agree, but then instantly regret it because they’re not even leaving to go out until 11pm.

1. You have the hardest time waking up in the morning. Nothing can get you out of bed. Nothing.
